When will my order be sent?

Same Day Dispatch

We aim to ship all orders placed before 2pm on the same working day (Mon-Fri).

After 2pm Cut-Off

If your order is placed after this cut-off time, then we will send it with our next Royal Mail collection (Mon-Fri).

Weekend Orders

If your order is placed on a weekend we will aim to dispatch it on the following working day.

When will I receive my order?

Dispatch notification

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification via email or text.

Tracking numbers

All of our orders are sent with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey. Once your order is dispatched, please allow 2-4 hours for this to be scanned into the Royal Mail system.

When will I receive my order?

95% of our orders will arrive within 1-2 working days. Should your item not arrive within 5 working days, please get in touch with us via the form below and include your Order number information.

Affiliate Application

If you or someone you know would like to apply to become a Fabulous Planning Affiliate please fill out the form below and provide us with the following information.

1. Why you would like to become an affiliate.

2. Your Social Media information (name, followers/subscribers) etc.

3. Any specific collections that you would like to represent (Journals, Organisers, Planning Pads, etc)


  • If your order contains a pre-ordered item, your whole order will be held until all items are in-stock and ready to be dispatched.
  • If you want to split your order, please get in touch and we will be able to do this. However, please note that additional postage fees will need to be paid.
